Urgent - quick question! Fuel regulator change

Hi all, really stupid question here, but I need to set off on a journey in the next hour so would really appreciate a quick response if someone can help -

I have a Z22YH and am trying to replace the fuel pressure regulator.

I've got the bolts off, should it just easily pull out then? It rotates fractionally inside the socket but I just can't pull it out. I removed the two fuel lines attached to it in case it was a pressure thing but still no dice. What am I doing wrong? I'm sure I'm...
