Throttle recalibration

Hi all ,

I am after some help please. I have a 2.2 z22yh Vectra that's been running sluggish with just no go or pickup. I just had an engine hydrocarbon clean to see if that helps but still no better.

I had cleaned the throttle last year and done a recalibration but on opcom it is only showing throttle position at 38%. does anyone know what it should be as I am going to recalibrate it again. Any advice or help welcome
